The Roots of Responsibility

Long before the word automation entered our vocabulary, Perfect Pollucon Services was helping industries across Maharashtra stay compliant and responsible.

For over two decades, our founder Mr. Tanaji Gajare personally reminded clients about consent renewals and submission deadlines. Many small factories who couldn’t afford expensive automation tools relied on his phone calls and checklists.

A few clients even approached us after missing a reporting deadline or submitting incorrect data. My father would patiently correct their reports, resubmit them, and quietly save their organization from unnecessary regulatory stress.

Our role was simple – reduce avoidable scrutiny and help teams submit accurate, timely reports without fear or confusion.

That’s how trust was built – not just through testing reports, but through genuine human care.

Over the years, our team has supported 400+ factory locations – from small workshops to multi-plant manufacturers – giving us a granular view of what actually breaks in day-to-day compliance.

When Experience Met Reflection

In early 2025, while I was recovering from illness and spending days away from my laptop and phone, a thought struck me like lightning:

Lying in that hospital bed, away from every screen, I (i.e. Harshal T Gajare) realized-if data can automate / enhance marketing and supply chains, why not compliance?

Having worked at SUGAR Cosmetics automating marketing intelligence, warehouse planning, and supply chain dashboards, I had seen technology reduce human errors, increase transparency, and speed up execution.

It suddenly became clear that what transformed e-commerce could also transform environmental compliance – a field still buried under paperwork, reminders, and stress.

The Crossroads

At that time, Perfect Pollucon Services was evaluating two possible directions –

1. Expand as a certified NABL / NABET laboratory with new facilities, or
2. Take the digital route and build technology that simplifies compliance itself.

After long discussions, we realized something simple yet powerful:

By February 2025, the idea had taken form. A few conversations with EHS professionals confirmed what we’d been sensing for years – everyone was struggling to manage consents, reminders, forms, and monitoring schedules without clarity or support.

So instead of expanding our lab footprint, we decided to build something bigger in spirit – a digital platform that could make compliance effortless, transparent, and empowering for every EHS professional in Bharat.

On Akshaya Tritiya 2025, we officially registered EHSSaral – a symbolic new beginning rooted in blessings, experience, and intent.
